Service Description
CFT stands for craniosacral fascial therapy, and CST is craniosacral therapy. These are bodywork techniques focusing on releasing tension craniosacral-sacral system and in the fascia which is found throughout the entire body. This 30 minute session is for infants through 23 months in my home office in Mt. Vernon, Iowa.
