This 3 day, LIVE birth class is for couples seeking to learn natural childbirth techniques, how physiological birth works, learn mindfulness techniques, and connect with each other to prepare for birth and parenthood. Class dates: Saturday 2-4pm CST April 28 May 4 May 11 Each class builds upon the previous, with homework in between. Classes will NOT be recorded. This is a live class.
